Terms of Use

You are responsible for what is done with your Admin sign-in and your staff PINs, and for the accuracy of the records you enter. Keep your password and PINs private.

A new business gets 60 days free, counted from its first completed sale. After that the price is $10 a month, or $100 a year, paid through Paynow. Paying early adds to the time you have left.

When a trial or paid period ends there are 7 more days to pay. After that the tills stop syncing and Admin becomes read-only until you pay. Sales already rung up stay on the till and are sent once you pay. We never delete your data because a payment is late.

Your business records are yours. We keep them to run the service, as described in the privacy policy. You can delete the account at any time.

We work to keep Techub POS running and accurate, but it is provided as it is, and we do not promise it will never be interrupted. The till keeps working offline. You are responsible for checking your totals and for any tax records you must keep. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost sales or profit.

You can stop using Techub POS at any time. We may suspend an account that is used to break the law or to harm the service or other people.
